Given all the hype the last few days surrounding Jorge Costa and this morning's contract termination of Ferreira from Porto,
the following is the most likely scenario.

Ferreira had 1 year left on his contract and Porto dissolved it this morning (our time).
We can only hope the 3 time Portuguese Championship coach comes to PAOK considering that Santos left his entire training team behind @ PAOK.
Now the training team would need to be able to work with the new coach and the new coach would need to understand Santos' mentality in as far as how his ame plan works.
Dermitzakis doesnt have either. Dermitzakis also doesnt have the experience that Ferreira has.
We'll know for sure though within the next couple of days.
