LTU_vilius, your team showed some very good signs against aris yesterday. Congratulations for the win. Most PAOK supporters were supporting your team yesterday!
However, there are definatly some weak spots and if PAOK plays his game you will be in trouble.
The game in the PAOK SPORTS ARENA is definatly ours. You have no chance there. Especially with our supporters. Your hopes need to be on the game in Lithuania.
Anyway, in the mean time we have cholet. Lets hope we win tonight and then we will chat again. If you see the game and we seem weak, dont be suprised. We have three of our main players injured!!

Very big loss , our main Playmaker
has !!!! 86 !!!! assists (6,2 average per game) and 249 points in 14 games of greek legue
has !!!! 70 !!!! assists (7,8 average per game) and 187 points in 9 games of uleb cup
so as you understand it's very very big deficite to play without him .

Bashminov and Mayrokefalidis , both of them Centers ,
so we are used to play with a notclear center int the zone.

We are going up against cholet tonight without our 2 main centers (basminov and maurokefalidis) and without our main playmaker (mulaomerovic).
We didnt have basminov and maurokefalidis in the first game either and were still able to win. Hopefully, the absence of mulaomerovic doesnt effect our game play too much.

Our teams history on and off the court will beat rytas without much effort from the team. It will be a close game, but I dont think that you have the european experience to beat us.
You showed signs of your lack of experience against aris as well. Unfortunatly for you, we are not aris. When the game gets tough, we dont give up like they do.
But look, loosing to the great team of PAOK is nothing to be ashamed of. Most of europes giants in basketball have had the same destiny as your team is about to in the next round. Dont let it get to you. Stay strong and better luck next year! Sorry.

And the other thing is that there have been supporters who travelled ONLY by bus from Saloniki to Oslo
so I wouldn't be surprised if there will be people by bus at matchday, but personally I don't believe
that there will be any bus-move. But you never can say never with PAOK's fans ......
And don't be surprised too, if some mad persons from central Europe will take a long
trip with plane and car to Vilnius. (Unfortunally there is no cheap direct flight to Vilnius
but there are cheap flights to Riga :P 8) ) Nothing of course is sure ,
but i only want to mention that there are a few psychs who are thinking of it.
Let's see , anyway I can't talk for others, the time will show. Maybe there will be no one from us,
it's too early to know details about a possible support from us at Vilnius .

you must be proud because you made it with a team,
with history in europe, that sometime used to be in THE ESTABLISHMENT OF EUROPE,
unfortunately nowadays the team suffers a period of hard time ,
and that is to confirm that we loose from teams litteraly unknown to the european basketball like Ritas (or something like that).
i do respect a lot the lithiuanian basketball , and i think the same do the greeks (remember the previous mundobasket where 20000 greeks supported you against serbia?), as basketball fan as well i really like the fancy new style they introduced in europe,
but please let me express my frustration to my team ,that does not respect its own history, by loosing from a team that never exist in the europpean basketball and nobody will remember it just a few years later.

Altough you are the 2005 Uleb Cup Champions please allow me to have my doubts about weather or not you were the best team in this competition.
Unfortunatly, PAOK has not recovered from injuries yet and will not have all players 100% and available atleast until the end of April.
I still believe that if this was not the case and we had all our players available against rytas, the game in lithuania would ve been for us . . . . . . . a walk in the park!
Anyway, thats life.
Congratulations once again but please remember: You were NOT the best team in this competition. You simply had a bit more luck than others.

let me remind you that in the game rytas-paok we didnt have basminov, maurokefalidi and mulaomerovic (by far our best player this year) and during the game we lost koronidi and almost gagaloudi.
thats 5 players!!!

my friend from lithuania you were very lucky that in the two games between paok an rytas bashminov and our star moulaomerovic didnt play.PAOK and makedonikos are better than you they play better every game.lietuvos players are good shooters and the only thing they do is to shoot 3pt shoots.makedonikos when started to play good your players had been shocked and if there were two minutes more he will be the champion.in greece when you are lucky we say:''kolofardos''.rytas is a kolofardi team

HEY MY FRIEND.this is our opinion.if our opinion isnt the same as yours this doesnt mean that we aren't hospitable.greeks are hospitable, but you should know that when our team plays in our arena we aren't hospitable with anyone.
in my opinion rytas isn't a very good team.a good team palys well in 40 minutes and not in 20 like rytas.futhermore rytas was lucky because when she palys with fucking aris in vilnius in the first period you have a fantastic success in 3pt shoots.in the other 3 periods fucking aris played better than yours andhe could won the match.
when you played with us moulaomerovic,bashminov,and mavrokefalidis were injuried.could you win us withou stelmahers,nesby or delininkaitis.i think no.without these players and with the fantastic gagaloudis who was very tired because he played 40 minutes every match when moula was knocked-out we won you in PAOK SPORTS ARENA and for three periods in vilnius we were very good.
in the final when makedonikos starts to play well in the last period from 27 points you won only 4 points

AS ALESSANDRO4 mentioned in the 1995 Eurobasket final not Mondobasket ALESSANDRO4, The Greeks were supporting Lithuania so I can't see how the Greeks are not hospitable.
It's just that we as PAOK fans are fanatic and we will do anything to put off the opposition except throwing a bomb in the stadium. We have nothing against Lithuanian people.
