Ößëå ÌÝëïò,

Áêïëïõèïýí ïé êáíüíåò ÷ñÞóçò ôïõ PAOKWORLD Official Forum. Ðáñáêáëåßóáé íá ôïõò äéáâÜóåéò ðñïóåêôéêÜ Ýôóé þóôå íá ãíùñßæåéò ðïéá åßíáé ôá äéêáéþìáôÜ óïõ áëëÜ êáé ïé õðï÷ñåþóåéò óïõ. Èåùñïýìå ðùò ðñéí êÜíåéò ôçí ðñþôç óïõ äçìïóßåõóç óôï forum Ý÷åéò äéáâÜóåé, êáôáíïÞóåé êáé äå÷ôåß ôá Üñèñá ðïõ áêïëïõèïýí.

¢ñèñï 1 : ÉÓÏÔÇÔÁ ÊÁÉ ÌÇ ÄÉÁÊÑÉÔÉÊÇ ÌÅÔÁ×ÅÉÑÉÓÇ
1.1 Ôï Forum ôïõ PAOKWORLD åßíáé áíïéêôü óå üëïí ôïí êüóìï, üëïé ìðïñïýí íá ãßíïõí ìÝëç ôïõ.
1.2 Ôá ìÝëç ôïõ Forum ôïõ PAOKWORLD áðïëáìâÜíïõí ôçí ßäéá áíôéìåôþðéóç êáé ôçí ßóç ìåôá÷åßñéóç áðü ôïõò moderators êáé ôïõò administrators.
1.3 Ôïíßæïõìå óôïõò ìç-ÐÁÏÊôóÞäåò ôïõ forum üôé âñßóêïíôáé óå ÐÁÏÊôóÞäéêï óÜéô êáé óõíåðþò èá ðñÝðåé íá ðñïóÝ÷ïõí äýï öïñÝò ðþò åêöñÜæïíôáé.


¢ñèñï 2 : EMAIL
2.1 Ôá ìÝëç áðáéôåßôáé íá äþóïõí êáôÜ ôçí åããñáöÞ ôïõò Ýíá email ðïõ ðñáãìáôéêÜ ÷ñçóéìïðïéïýí. Óôï email ðïõ äçëþíåé ôï ìÝëïò óôÝëíåôáé ï êùäéêüò åíåñãïðïßçóçò ôçò åããñáöÞò. 
2.2 Óå êÜèå áëëáãÞ email ôï forum óôÝëíåé íÝï êùäéêü åíåñãïðïßçóçò ôçò åããñáöÞò. Áõôü ãßíåôáé ãéá íá ìçí äçëþíïõí ôá ìÝëç åíåñãü email êáôÜ ôçí åããñáöÞ êáé óôçí ðïñåßá ôï áëëÜæïõí ìå êÜðïéï øåýôéêï.
2.3 Ôá ìÝëç Ý÷ïõí ôç äõíáôüôçôá íá êñýøïõí ôï email áðü ôá õðüëïéðá ìÝëç, ü÷é üìùò êáé áðü ôïõò moderators êáé ôïõò administrators ôïõ forum.
2.4 ÅÜí êÜðïéïò Administrator Þ Moderator ðñïóðáèÞóåé íá åðéêïéíùíÞóåé ìå Ýíá ìÝëïò óôï email ðïõ Ý÷åé äçëùèåß êáé äåí ôá êáôáöÝñåé ãéáôß ôï email äåí åßíáé ðëÝïí åíåñãü, ôüôå ôï ìÝëïò èá äéáãñáöåß.


¢ñèñï 3 : ÅÍÅÑÃÏ ÌÅËÏÓ
3.1 Ôá ìÝëç êáëïýíôáé íá åßíáé åíåñãÜ óôï forum. ÅíåñãÜ ìÝëç èåùñïýíôáé ôá ìÝëç ðïõ ôçí ßäéá óôéãìÞ:
3.1.1 Ý÷ïõí êÜíåé ôïõëÜ÷éóôïí Ýíá login óå êÜèå ôñÝ÷ïíôá ìÞíá

¢ñèñï 4 : ÄÇÌÏÓÉÅÕÓÅÉÓ
4.1 Óôï forum ôïõ PAOKWORLD åðéäéþêïõìå ìÝóù ôùí äçìïóéåýóåùí ôùí ìåëþí ôçí åðïéêïäïìçôéêÞ óõæÞôçóç.
4.2 Êåíôñéêü èÝìá ôùí óõæçôÞóåþí ìáò åßíáé ï ÐÁÏÊ êáé ôá ó÷åôéêÜ ìå ôçí ïìÜäá èÝìáôá.
4.3 ÈÝìáôá Üó÷åôá ìå ôïí ÐÁÏÊ åðéôñÝðïíôáé áëëÜ óå êáìßá ðåñßðôùóç äåí ðñÝðåé íá åðéóêéÜæïõí ôï ãåãïíüò üôé ôï forum áõôü åßíáé ÐÁÏÊôóÞäéêï.
4.4 Ôá ó÷åôéêÜ ìå ôïí ÐÁÏÊ èÝìáôá ðñÝðåé íá äçìïóéåýïíôáé óôéò êáôÜëëçëåò åíüôçôåò ôïõ forum. Ïé moderators óõ÷íÜ äéïñèþíïõí ôéò äçìïóéåýóåéò ìåôáöÝñïíôÜò ôåò óôçí óùóôÞ åíüôçôá, áõôü üìùò äåí óçìáßíåé üôé ôá ìÝëç ìðïñïýí íá êÜíïõí êáôÜ÷ñçóç áõôÞò ôçò âïÞèåéáò.
4.5 Ôá ìç-ó÷åôéêÜ ìå ôïí ÐÁÏÊ èÝìáôá ðñÝðåé íá äçìïóéåýïíôáé óôï Ãåíéêü Öüñïõì. Ïé moderators óõ÷íÜ äéïñèþíïõí ôéò äçìïóéåýóåéò ìåôáöÝñïíôÜò ôåò óôçí óùóôÞ åíüôçôá, áõôü üìùò äåí óçìáßíåé üôé ôá ìÝëç ìðïñïýí íá êÜíïõí êáôÜ÷ñçóç áõôÞò ôçò âïÞèåéáò.
4.6 Ôá ìÝëç êáëïýíôáé íá ìç ãñÜöïõí ìå êåöáëáßá ðáñÜ ìüíï åÜí èÝëïõí íá ôïíßóïõí êÜðïéá ëÝîç Þ óõíáßóèçìÜ ôïõò.
4.7 Ôá ìÝëç êáëïýíôáé íá ãñÜöïõí ìå Åëëçíéêïýò ÷áñáêôÞñåò êáé íá áðïöåýãïõí ôá greeklish. Äçìïóéåýóåéò óå greeklish èá óâÞíïíôáé ÷ùñßò ðñïåéäïðïßçóç. Åîáßñåóç áðïôåëïýí ïé äçìïóéåýóåéò ôùí ìåëþí ðïõ ôï óýíïëï ôùí äçìïóéåýóåþí ôïõò äåí îåðåñíÜ ôéò ðÝíôå (5) óôï óýíïëï ôïõ forum. Ïé óõãêåêñéìÝíåò äçìïóéåýóåéò èá ôñïðïðïéïýíôáé áðü ôïõò äéá÷åéñéóôÝò êáé óõíôïíéóôÝò, èá óâÞíïíôáé ìå ãñáììÞ êáé èá ãßíåôáé óýóôáóç óôï ìÝëïò. Ðåñéóóüôåñåò ðëçñïöïñßåò ãéá ôï ðþò ìåôáôñÝðïõìå ôá greeklish óå åëëçíéêÜ õðÜñ÷ïõí åäþ. Óôçí ðåñßðôùóç ðïõ ï ìåôáôñïðÝáò äåí äïõëåýåé ïé óõíôïíéóôÝò ôïõ forum èá áíÝ÷ïíôáé äçìïóéåýóåéò óå greeklish. Õðåíèõìßæïõìå üôé ç óùóôÞ ïñèïãñáößá êáé ï óùóôüò ôïíéóìüò âïçèïýí áêüìá ðåñéóóüôåñï óôçí áíÜãíùóç.

4.11 Ôá ìÝëç êáëïýíôáé üôáí áíïßãïõí íÝï èÝìá ðñïò óõæÞôçóç íá ìçí ãñÜöïõí ïëüêëçñï ôïí ôßôëï ìå êåöáëáßá ãñÜììáôá.
4.12 Ç ïðïéáäÞðïôå áíáöïñÜ óå üíïìá ðïäïóöáéñéóôÞ êáôÜ ôçí ðåñßïäï ìåôáãñáöþí èá ðñÝðåé íá ãßíåôáé âÜóåé ñåðïñôÜæ êé ü÷é Ýìðíåõóçò. 5.1 Ôá ìÝëç áðïëáìâÜíïõí ìéá ðåñßïäï ÷Üñéôïò êáôÜ ôçí ïðïßá ìðïñïýí íá åðåîåñãáóôïýí ôç äçìïóßåõóÞ ôïõò êáé íá ôçí äéïñèþóïõí/áëëÜîïõí üðùò èÝëïõí, áêüìá êáé íá ôçí äéáãñÜøïõí áöÞíïíôáò Ýíá êåíü óôç èÝóç ôçò äçìïóßåõóçò.
5.2 ÌåôÜ ôçí ðåñßïäï ÷Üñéôïò ìüíï ïé moderators êáé ïé administrators ìðïñïýí íá åðåîåñãáóôïýí ôéò äçìïóéåýóåéò ôùí ìåëþí.
5.3 Ïé moderators êáé ïé administrators ìðïñïýí åðßóçò íá äéáãñÜøïõí åíôåëþò ôç äçìïóßåõóç.


¢ñèñï 6 : ËÏÃÏÉ ÅÐÅÎÅÑÃÁÓÉÁÓ ÄÇÌÏÓÉÅÕÓÅÙÍ
6.1 Ïé moderator êáé ïé administrator ìðïñïýí íá åðåîåñãáóôïýí ìéá äçìïóßåõóç üôáí áõôÞ :
6.1.1 ÐåñéÝ÷åé ýâñåéò, åéñùíåßá, øÝìáôá, ðñïóâïëÝò, ÷áñáêôçñéóìïýò, êôë
6.1.2 Äåí åìöáíßæåôáé óùóôÜ óôçí ïèüíç ëüãù êáêÞò ðáñÜèåóçò, ðïëý ìåãÜëçò ãñáììáôïóåéñÜò, êôë
6.2 Åßíáé õðï÷ñÝùóç ôïõ moderator êáé ôïõ administrator íá ðñïóðáèÞóåé íá êñáôÞóåé ôï íüçìá ôçò äçìïóßåõóçò êáé íá ôçí åðåîåñãáóôåß ôï ëéãüôåñï äõíáôü.


¢ñèñï 7 : ËÏÃÏÉ ÄÉÁÃÑÁÖÇÓ ÄÇÌÏÓÉÅÕÓÅÙÍ
7.1 Ïé moderator êáé ïé administrator ìðïñïýí íá äéáãñÜøïõí ìéá äçìïóßåõóç üôáí áõôÞ äåí óõìâáäßæåé ìå ôïõò êáíüíåò ôïõ forum êáé åéäéêüôåñá ìå ôá Üñèñá 4 êáé 8 ðåñß äçìïóéåýóåùí.
7.2 ÄéáãñÜöïíôáé åðßóçò ôá Üó÷åôá ìå ôç óõæÞôçóç óëüãêáí, óõíèÞìáôá, Üó÷åôåò ìå ôç óõæÞôçóç äçìïóéåýóåéò, áðáíôÞóåéò ðïõ ðåñéÝ÷ïõí ìüíï Þ õðåñâïëéêÜ ðïëëÜ smilies, êáé ãåíéêüôåñá üëåò ïé äçìïóéåýóåéò ðïõ äåí ðñïóöÝñïõí óôç óõæÞôçóç.
7.3 Ôï ßäéï ôï ìÝëïò Ý÷åé åðåîåñãáóôåß ôç äçìïóßåõóç êáé Ý÷åé óâÞóåé åíôåëþò áõôÜ ðïõ åß÷å ãñÜøåé (êåíü ðïóô).


¢ñèñï 8 : ÓÙÓÔÇ ÓÕÌÐÅÑÉÖÏÑÁ
8.1 Ôá ìÝëç êáëïýíôáé íá óÝâïíôáé ôéò äçìïóéåýóåéò ôùí Üëëùí ìåëþí.
8.2 Ôá ìÝëç êáëïýíôáé íá ó÷ïëéÜæïõí äçìüóéá ôéò áðüøåéò ðïõ äéáâÜæïõí êáé ü÷é ôá ìÝëç ðïõ ôéò äçìïóéåýïõí.
8.3 Ïé üðïéåò äéáöùíßåò ðñÝðåé íá ãßíïíôáé ìå êüóìéï ôñüðï êáé êáôÜ ðñïôßìçóç ìå åðé÷åéñÞìáôá.
8.4 Ç ïðïéáäÞðïôå äçìïóßåõóç ðïõ ðåñéÝ÷åé åéñùíåßá, ëÜóðç, ðñïóùðéêÞ áíôéðáñÜèåóç « âåíôÝôá », ýâñåéò ðñïò Üëëá ìÝëç, óõêïöáíôßá, êôë äåí åßíáé åðéôñåðôÞ. 
8.5 Ôá ìÝëç êáëïýíôáé íá óÝâïíôáé ôïí ÐÁÏÊ, ôçí Éóôïñßá ôïõ, ôïí Ðáñüí ôïõ êáé ôï ÌÝëëïí ôïõ. Ïé ÓÖ ÐÁÏÊ, ïé åðþíõìïé ÐÁÏÊôóÞäåò, ïé ÐÁÏÊôóÞäéêåò éóôïóåëßäåò, ôá ÐÁÏÊôóÞäéêá Ýíôõðá, êôë. ðñÝðåé íá áðïëáìâÜíïõí ôïí óåâáóìü ôùí ìåëþí ìáò.
8.6 Ôá ìÝëç êáëïýíôáé íá óÝâïíôáé ôçí ÅëëÜäá êáé ôïí ¸ëëçíá, áëëÜ êáé üëá ôá Üëëá êñÜôç êáé Ýèíç. Äçìïóéåýóåéò ðïõ äåí Ý÷ïõí ó÷Ýóç ìå óõíèÞìáôá ôïõ ÐÁÏÊ êáé ðïõ âñßæïõí, ÷ëåõÜæïõí, óõêïöáíôïýí êôë Ýèíç êáé ÷þñåò äåí åßíáé åðéôñåðôÜ.
8.7 Ïé ðïëéôéêÝò óõæçôÞóåéò áðáãïñåýïíôáé. Ç áíáöïñÜ óå êüììáôá êáé Ðïëéôåýìáôá ðñÝðåé íá ãßíåôáé ìå óåâáóìü êáé ìüíï åÜí ç äçìïóßåõóç Ý÷åé ó÷Ýóç ìå ôïí ÐÁÏÊ. 
8.8 Ôá ìÝëç êáëïýíôáé íá óõììïñöþíïíôáé ìå ôéò õðïäåßîåéò ôùí administrator êáé ôùí moderator Üìåóá üôáí áõôïß æçôïýí áëëáãÞ ôçò õðïãñáöÞò Þ/êáé ôïõ áâáôÜñ ðïõ ÷ñçóéìïðïéåß ôï ìÝëïò.


¢ñèñï 9 : ÐÏÉÍÅÓ
9.1 Ôá ìÝëç ðïõ äåí óõììïñöþíïíôáé ìå ôï ¢ñèñï 8 êéíäõíåýïõí ìå ðïéíÝò.
9.2 Ïé ðïéíÝò åßíáé 4.
9.2.1 ÁðëÞ ðáñáôÞñçóç (êßôñéíç êïõêêßäá).
9.2.2 Áðáéôåßôáé Ýãêñéóç ãéá äçìïóßåõóç (ðïñôïêáëß êïõêêßäá)
9.2.3 Õðü óéãÞ (êüêêéíç êïõêêßäá)

9.3 Ïé moderators êáé ïé administrators Ý÷ïõí ôçí åëåõèåñßá íá ïñßóïõí ôçí ÷ñïíéêÞ äéÜñêåéá ôùí ðïéíþí. ÓõíÞèùò ç 9.2.1 êñáôÜåé 4 ìÝñåò, ç 9.2.2 êñáôÜåé 8 ìÝñåò êáé ç 9.2.3 16 ìÝñåò. Ç 9.2.4 êñáôÜåé ãéá ðÜíôá. ÁõôÝò ïé äéÜñêåéåò åßíáé åíäåéêôéêÝò êáé ìüíï.
9.4 ÓõíÞèùò ôüóï ïé moderators üóï êáé ïé administrators èá áêïëïõèÞóïõí ôç ëïãéêÞ êßôñéíç-ðïñôïêáëß-êüêêéíç ðïéíÞ, áõôü üìùò äåí åßíáé õðï÷ñåùôéêü. ÅÜí êÜôé êñéèåß éäéáßôåñá óïâáñü ôüóï ïé moderators üóï êáé ïé administrators Ý÷ïõí ôï äéêáßùìá íá åöáñìüóïõí áðåõèåßáò ôçí áíþôáôç ðïéíÞ.
9.5 Åßíáé õðï÷ñÝùóç ôùí moderators êáé ôùí administrators íá áíáãñÜöïõí óôç äçìïóßåõóç ðïõ ôéìùñïýí ôçí áéôßá ôçò ðïéíÞò. Ìéá áðëÞ áíáöïñÜ óå Üñèñï ôùí êáíïíéóìþí ôïõ forum áñêåß.


¢ñèñï 10 : ÐÁÑÁÐÏÍÁ
10.1 Ôá ìÝëç ðïõ Ý÷ïõí ðáñÜðïíá ìå êÜðïéá äçìïóßåõóç ðïõ äéáâÜæïõí ìðïñïýí íá ÷ñçóéìïðïéÞóïõí ôï ëéíê « ÁíáöïñÜ óôïí ÓõíôïíéóôÞ ». Óå êáìéÜ ðåñßðôùóç ôï ìÝëïò äåí ðñÝðåé íá « ðÜñåé ôçí êáôÜóôáóç óôá ÷Ýñéá ôïõ » êáé íá ðñïóðáèÞóåé íá « âÜëåé óôç èÝóç ôïõ » ôï ìÝëïò ðïõ Ý÷åé êÜíåé ôçí äçìïóßåõóç ðïõ ðñïêáëåß ôá ðáñÜðïíá, êáèþò ôÝôïéá óõìðåñéöïñÜ óõíÞèùò ïäçãåß êáé óôçí ðïéíÞ ôïõ ìÝëïõò ðïõ ðáñáðïíéÝôáé…
10.2 Óå ðåñßðôùóç ðïõ ôá ìÝëç Ý÷ïõí ðáñÜðïíá áðü Ýíáí moderator ìðïñïýí íá äçìïóéåýóïõí ôá ðáñÜðïíÜ ôïõò óôï óùóôü èÝìá Þ íá Ýñèïõí óå åðéêïéíùíßá ìå Ýíáí administrator.
10.3 Óå ðåñßðôùóç ðïõ ôá ìÝëç Ý÷ïõí ðáñÜðïíá áðü Ýíáí administrator ìðïñïýí íá äçìïóéåýóïõí ôá ðáñÜðïíÜ ôïõò óôï óùóôü èÝìá.
10.4 Ç áðüöáóç ôùí Administrator åßíáé ôåëéêÞ.


¢ñèñï 11 : ÏÌÁÄÅÓ PAOKWORLD
11.1 Ïé ïìÜäåò ôïõ PAOKWORLD ãíùóôÝò êáé óáí PAOKWORLD Teams Þ PW Teams åßíáé ïé åîÞò Ýîé :
11.1.1 : Ç Articles team åßíáé õðåýèõíç ãéá ôá Üñèñá êáé ôéò ìåôáöñÜóåéò ôçò êåíôñéêÞò óåëßäáò. Ôá ìÝëç ôçò ïìÜäáò îå÷ùñßæïõí áðü ôï ìùâ áóôÝñé Þ/êáé ôï ìùâ ÷ñþìá ðïõ Ý÷åé ôï øåõäþíõìü ôïõò.
11.1.2 : Ç News Team åßíáé õðåýèõíç ãéá ôéò áíáíåþóåéò ôùí íÝùí ðïõ åìöáíßæïíôáé óôçí êåíôñéêÞ óåëßäá. Ôá ìÝëç ôçò ïìÜäáò îå÷ùñßæïõí áðü ôï ðñÜóéíï áóôÝñé Þ/êáé ôï ðñÜóéíï ÷ñþìá ðïõ Ý÷åé ôï øåõäþíõìü ôïõò.

Dear Member,

Below you can find the terms and rules that govern the official PAOKWORLD forum. We ask you to read them carefully so that you will be aware of your obligations and your rights regarding our site. We consider that you have read, comprehended, but mostly accepted all the following chapters before you make any posts in the forum.

CHAPTER 1. Equality and non discreet treatment

1.1. PAOKWORLD forum is open to everyone. Everybody can become a member.
1.2. PAOKWORLD forum members enjoy the same confrontation and equal treatment from the moderators and the administrators.
1.3. We need to put emphasis concerning the non – PAOK fans that want to become members, that they are into a PAOK site and as a consequence they should be careful twice as much how they express themselves.

CHAPTER 2. E-mail address

2.1. All candidate members have to declare a valid e-mail address. The activation code will be delivered to that address.
2.2. Whenever a member changes his/her e-mail address the forum is responsible for sending a new activation code, in the new address, for registration. This is due to the fact that one member may declare a valid address and then change it into a fake one.
2.3. Our members have the opportunity to hide their e-mail address from the rest of the members but not from the forum administrators and moderators.
2.4. If a forum administrator or moderator tries to get in contact with a member and that member has declared a fake address, then that member will be deleted.

CHAPTER 3. Active Member

3.1.   Our members should be active in our forum. In order for any member to be considered active he/she has to:
3.1.1. Log in at least once per month
3.1.2. Have filled their country – city of origin in their profile.
3.1.3. Respect the rest of the forum members and their views; whenever they have an objection, they should express it with a gentle way, without swearing or being ironic, challenging etc.

CHAPTER 4. Posts

4.1. Posts in the official PAOKWORLD forum should aim at the generation of constitutive and creative conversation.
4.2. PAOK and matters that are orbiting around our team should be the central core/topic of our conversation.
4.3. Topics which are totally irrelevant with our team are allowed but under no circumstances should they overshadow the fact that this is a site dedicated to our beloved team.
4.4. Topics which are relevant with PAOK should be published in the appropriate field of the forum. Despite the fact that the moderators can transfer each publication to the right domain/field we want to make a request to each member not to “abuse” this help given by us.
4.5. Topics which are irrelevant with PAOK should be published in the field of General Forum. And again, despite the fact that the moderators can transfer each publication to the right domain/field we want to make a request to each member not to “abuse” this help given by us.
4.6. The members of this forum should not write in capital letters unless they want to highlight a specific word, sentence or feeling.
4.7. All members should write with Greek characters because Greeklish (writing Greek but with Latin characters) is really tiring in reading. Of course this paragraph does not apply to members that cannot speak or write Greek.
4.8. Members are requested not to open topics which already exist and are active. Similar topics to existing ones will be locked
4.9. Members are requested not to make the same post in two different topics. Instead, they should choose the topic where their post fits better.
4.10. Members are requested not to quote the previous post in their responses.
4.11. Members that wish to open a new topic should not write with capital letters the whole headline.
4.12. Any reference/talk regarding players during the transfer season must be made according to real reportage and not due to pure inspiration. Members are requested to report the written resource based on which one player is linked to our team. We consider as resources the written articles from journalists but under no circumstances do we mean the member’s fantasies, “connections” or based to what a friend said in a private conversation.

CHAPTER 5. Processing Posts

5.1. All members have the opportunity of reshaping, reforming and in general processing their posts but this is only due to a short period of time. They even have the write to delete it by just leaving an empty space where the post had been.
5.2. After this short period of time only moderators and administrators can change something regarding members’ post.
5.3. Moderators and administrators have every right to totally delete one post.

CHAPTER 6. Reasons for processing members’ posts

6.1.   Moderators and administrators can process one post when:
6.1.1. It contains swearing, ironic comments, insults, inappropriate characterizations etc.
6.1.2. It does not appear well and correct due to either a bad quotation or the use of extremely large font etc.
6.2.   The obligation of a moderator or an administrator concerning this process is to keep the meaning of the post unaltered by intervening as less as possible.

CHAPTER 7. Reasons for deleting Posts

7.1. Moderators and administrators have every right to delete one post when it is not in accordance with the rules that this forum undergoes and more specifically with Chapters 4 and 8 regarding posts.
7.2. Slogans, posts totally irrelevant with the topic, responses that contain a vast amount of smilies and generally all posts that have nothing to offer to the normal flux of our conversation will be deleted.
7.3. When the member has processed his post but instead left an empty line/space then this post will be deleted.

CHAPTER 8. Appropriate Behavior

8.1. All members have to show respect to other members’ posts.
8.2. All members need to comment on what the members write and not on the members themselves.
8.3. Possible objections and disagreements should be expressed with a well behaved way; and of course it would be better to disagree by using arguments.
8.4. Posts which contain ironic or sycophantic comments, “dirt” and personal confrontation will not be allowed.
8.5. All members must show respect towards PAOK, His history, His future, His present and His past. Additionally, all PAOK fan clubs, all well known PAOK supporters, all PAOK web pages, all PAOK literature etc. must meet with respect by every single member of our forum.
8.6. All members need to show respect towards Greece, and of course the Greek people, but also to every other country or nation. Posts that have nothing to do with PAOK and simply insult other countries and nations will not be accepted.
8.7. Conversations regarding politics are not allowed. References regarding political parties and Constitutions have to be made with respect and only under the condition that they have something to do with our team.
8.8. Members must instantly respect the indications made to them by the moderators and the administrators of this forum regarding their personal signature or/and their avatar used.

CHAPTER 9. Penalties

9.1.   Members that do not conform to Chapter 8 are in danger of having a penalty.
9.2.   There are 4 types of penalties:
9.2.1. A plain notice (yellow mark)
9.2.2. Approval of the publication needed (orange mark)
9.2.3. Kept in silence (Red mark)
9.2.4. Prohibition (Ban)
9.3.   Moderators and administrators are free to decide the duration of each penalty. 9.2.1. usually has a span of 4 days, 9.2.2. 8 days, 9.2.3. 16 days. 9.2.4. of course lasts forever. But the duration of these penalties is just indicative.
9.4. What happens in practice is that the moderators and the administrators follow the yellow – orange – red sequence of penalties but this is not always the case. If something is considered to be extremely serious then the moderators and the administrators have the right to implement the superior penalty (banning).
9.5. The moderators and the administrators must write the cause that provoked their decision to give a penalty to a member, on the member’s post. A plain reference to a paragraph of the rules is more than enough.

CHAPTER 10. Complaints

10.1. Members who have complaints, regarding a post that they read have the opportunity of using the “report to the coordinator” option. Under no circumstances should the member take matters into his own hands just to try and “punish” the other member, no matter if the post is causing controversy or if it is insulting. Such actions will have a reverse effect as he/she may receive a penalty for his/her actions.
10.2. In case a member has any complaints regarding the moderators they can post them in the correct topic or alternatively they can come into contact with an administrator.
10.3. In case a member has any complaints regarding an administrator they need to post them in the correct topic.
10.4. Decisions made by the administrators are the final and cannot be recalled.

CHAPTER 11. PAOKWORLD Teams

11.1.   PAOKWORLD Teams, or else known as PW teams, are the following 6:
11.1.1 The Articles Team which is responsible for all the articles and translations of the central page. Members that belong to this team can be distinguished by the purple star or/and by the purple shade of color that their nickname has.
11.1.2. The News Team which is responsible for the refreshing of all the news in the central page. Members that belong to this team can be distinguished by the green star or/and by the green shade of color that their nickname has.
11.1.3. The Multimedia Team which is responsible for the context of the multimedia gallery, the videos which are in the central page, as well as some of the graphics of the central page. Members that belong to this team can be distinguished by the multicolored star or/and by the dark green shade of color that their nickname has.
11.1.4. The PAOK on TV Team which is responsible for the refreshing of PAOK’s next matches. Members that belong to this team can be distinguished by the orange star or/and by the orange shade of color that their nickname has.
11.1.5. The Weblinks and PAOKfans Team which is responsible for the correct web links regarding the PAOK fan clubs and generally for all the official PAOK links. Members that belong to this team can be distinguished by the pink star or/and by the pink shade of color that their nickname has.
11.1.6. The Forum Team which is responsible for the forum and also is responsible for securing peaceful conversations so that all members can make conversations with a decent way. Members that belong to this team can be distinguished by the red star or/and by the green shade of color that their nickname has, regarding the forum administrators and by the blue star and/or the blue shade of color that their nickname has, regarding the forum moderators.
11.2.  A member of this forum can also be a member of more than one of the PAOKWORLD teams.
11.3.  Respectively, a member of a PAOKWORLD team does not have to be a member of this forum.
11.4.  All PW members need to address their questions, offers etc to the correct team.
11.5.  As far as the forum is concerned, all members need to address their requests only to the forum team, as the other teams have nothing to do with that.

CHAPTER 12. Spam and advertisements

12.1. Posts that have an advertising context are not allowed either inside the forum or through personal messages. If a member receives such a personal message he/she should report it to the administrators.
12.2. Each member’s username should not bare any resemblance to a company or to professional activity.
12.3. This forum is only available to natural entities.

CHAPTER 13. Personal Data

13.1. During your visit in the PAOKWORLD pages, and while you are requested to complete one specific form of communication, you will be asked to submit some personal data (name, e-mail, phone number) in order for us to communicate with you, if necessary. All these personal data (access name etc) that are shown in the pages and/or services of PAOKWORLD official forum are ordered exclusively for the ensuring of the function of the corresponding service and are not transported nor made public to other people.
13.2. PAOKWORLD keeps every right for processing the personal data. This procession is secret (classified) and safe and is realized with a way that will not insult by any means any member.
13.3. PAOKWORLD’s cookies record only the areas of the site that the user has visited and the duration of that visit. The member has the possibility to adjust his computer so that it will accept the existence of cookies, be notified for the existence of new cookies or even to deny the installation of them.

CHAPTER 14. General

14.1. PAOKWORLD’s main philosophy and golden rule is and will always be “It is better to have 10 members that are active than to have 1000 members that are inactive”. Members who wish to convert our forum into a place of exchanging characterizations or to a place which will be similar to the radio - style conversations, are considered, at least for us, as inactive.
14.2. Moderators and administrators have zero tolerance against everyone who insults other members or lowers the level of our discussion in this forum. But mostly they show zero tolerance against members who do not wish to comply with our rules. No “discounts” for any member.
14.3. We need to remind you that our website is visited by PAOK supporters from every corner of the world. Some of them belong to a fan club but others do not. Some of them are rich but others may have financial problems. Some may be hooligans and some may be “plants”. The purpose of PAOKWORLD forum is to bring together all PAOK supporters in order for them to feel that they have learned something from us, that they have shared their thoughts, sentiments with us and finally that they have taught something to everybody else.
14.4. The contributors of PAOKWORLD have every right to change/update the rules of this forum without informing any of the other members. It is the member who should always be updated with the latest version of the rules.
