17th of may 2008.Lokomotiv Plovdiv Bulgaria visit at Blagoevgrad,and one of the biggest enemy to Lokomotiv "cska sofia" play 50 kilometers far away.The ultras of Lokomotiv go to the city to cska and atack the sector but without fight.After that 80 people of Lokomotiv are arrested.From this 80 people 42 are with ban for 2 years not to go to the matches and 20 days in prison,2 of them are judgement for 3 months in prison and 1 for 3 years in prison wihtout to be guilty for that.

Ivan Velkov was judgement for 3 years at 20.01.2009 after he passed 7 months in prison.The case was nonsuit many times and finally they judgement him for 3 years without guilty for that.
